How to Delete Your Account in the Rehearse Coach App:
- 1.Open the Rehearse Coach app on your mobile device
- 2.Navigate to: Settings → Account Settings
- 3.Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- 4.Enter your password to confirm deletion
- 5.Tap "Delete My Account" to confirm
- 6.Your account will be immediately deleted

For users who uninstalled the app
If you no longer have the Rehearse Coach app installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion via email:

📅Data Retention & Deletion Timeline
Immediate Deletion:
- • Your account is immediately deactivated upon deletion request
- • All data is removed from our active production systems within 24 hours
Backup Retention:
- • Encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 30 days
- • This is for disaster recovery purposes only
- • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Legal Retention:
- • Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations (fraud prevention, security)
- • This data cannot be traced back to you personally
Complete Deletion:
After the retention periods above, all traces of your data are permanently removed from our systems.
Important Information
Cannot Be Reversed:
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This action is permanent.
Creating a New Account:
You can create a new Rehearse Coach account at any time, but your previous data cannot be restored.
Anonymous Users:
If you used Rehearse Coach as a guest (without creating an account), your data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
Active Subscriptions:
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
